New Shape Editing Feature In Energid’s Actin Viewer Software Through The Guy.
Cambridge, Massachusetts (September 12, 2011) — Energid has added an ability to edit shape primitives and bounding volumes through the GUI in its Actin Viewer software. Most properties of shapes (such as size, location, and color) can be edited. This provides a user-friendly way to add shape primitives as objects or obstacles into any scene. It also allows for intuitive, visual fitting of tailored bounding volumes to robot links, reducing the amount of user time and effort required for setting up a new robotic system.
